Client Area Support & maintenance costs
Contracts are on a monthly/two monthly rolling basis and can be cancelled at any time.

Why should I get support and maintenance?
Yep, you simply email us or arrange call to discuss, use our screenshot commenting tool if needed, and we will bill you for the total time spent at our usual hourly rate.
Unless a project in its own right we will complete the work within 10 working days.
Critical bugs will be looked at within one working day (during working hours).
On a specified date we will spend at least 1 hour:
Recommended site improvements:
chargeable at the usual hourly rate.
Bugs and change requests:
work under 2 hours within 5 working days, properly submitted chargeable at usual hourly rate with 10% discount.
Telephone, email or login support:
30 minutes included, support then charged at £30/hour + VAT
£50 + VAT every two months
On a specified date we will spend at least 1 hour:

chargeable at the usual hourly rate.

work under 2 hours within 2 working days, properly submitted chargeable at usual hourly rate with 15% discount.
Telephone, email or login support:
30 minutes included, support then charged at £30/hour + VAT
£50 + VAT every month
